Refund policy

All sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact loverbabecosmetics@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include the order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive a replacement or refund.
